How we pick a city
Three things have to line up: enough registered electric cars for consistent daily demand, enough working public charging capacity to serve them without pilots queuing, and a pilot pool we can verify and train to standard.
Charging density is usually the binding constraint. A city can have plenty of EVs and still not support the service if its stations are concentrated in two neighbourhoods or frequently out of order.
How zones work
EZAR EV launches by zone, not by city boundary. Each zone has its own pilot roster, mapped station set and operator, which is what keeps the pickup window tight as we scale.
New zones open inside a live city continuously. The in-app coverage map is always the current answer to whether we reach a given address.
Pulling EZAR EV to your city
Early-access signups are the strongest input into launch order. Concentrated demand in one postcode moves a city up the list faster than the same number of signups spread thin.
