Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and explains exactly when money comes back to you, and how quickly.

Cancellations and refunds at a glance

  • Cancel before a pilot is assigned and you pay nothing at all.
  • Cancel after a pilot is on the way and a travel fee applies — the exact figure is shown before you confirm.
  • No pilot assigned, no working station in range, or a trip the pilot cancelled: you are not charged.
  • Wallet refunds land immediately; UPI usually takes 1–3 working days and cards 5–7, depending on your bank.
  • Fare disputes can be raised in-app for 30 days after a trip; damage claims within 24 hours of the car coming back.
